Welcome to HajZe. These Terms & Conditions (the 'Terms') govern your access to and use of the HajZe mobile apps, websites and related services (together, the 'Platform'). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About HajZe

HajZe is a digital platform that connects customers with beauty and grooming salons ('Salons' or 'Providers') across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, allowing you to discover Salons, browse services, book appointments and earn loyalty rewards.

HajZe acts as an intermediary only. Salon services are provided by independent Salons, not by HajZe, and HajZe is not responsible for the quality, safety or outcome of services performed by a Salon.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create an account and make bookings.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Bookings & Appointments

When you book through the Platform, you request services from the selected Salon at the chosen date, time and price. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation in the app.

Availability, working hours, staff and pricing are set by each Salon and may change. HajZe does not guarantee the availability of any Salon, service or time slot.

4. Pricing & Payments

Service prices are set by the Salons and shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices shown on the Platform are indicative and may vary at the Salon.

Depending on the Salon, payment may be collected in advance through the Platform or in person at the Salon. Online payments are handled by third-party payment providers, and you authorize the relevant charges.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees.
  • HajZe may charge service or processing fees, which will be shown before you confirm a booking.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

You may cancel or reschedule an appointment in the app, subject to the relevant Salon's policy. Some Salons may apply cancellation fees or require advance notice.

Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may lead to restrictions on your account. Refund eligibility depends on the Salon's policy and your payment method.

6. Loyalty Points & Rewards

You may earn loyalty points on eligible bookings. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be redeemed for discounts as described in the app.

HajZe may modify, suspend or end the loyalty program, or adjust point values and expiry, at its discretion.

7. Your Responsibilities

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully, arrive on time for appointments, treat Salon staff with respect, and follow each Salon's reasonable rules.

  • Do not misuse the Platform, disrupt it, or access it through unauthorized means.
  • Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent bookings, reviews or information.
  • Do not use the Platform for any unlawful, harmful or abusive purpose.

8. Salon Providers

Salons are independent businesses responsible for their own services, staff, pricing, hygiene, licensing and compliance with applicable laws. Any agreement for services is between you and the Salon.

HajZe does not employ Salon staff and does not control how services are performed.

9. Reviews & User Content

You may be able to submit ratings, reviews and other content, and you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful and not offensive.

By submitting content, you grant HajZe a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute it in connection with the Platform. HajZe may remove content that violates these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, trademarks and content (excluding user and Salon content), is owned by HajZe or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. HajZe does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that Salon services will meet your expectations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HajZe disclaims all warranties relating to Salon services, which are provided solely by the Salons.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HajZe and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from services provided by a Salon or from your use of (or inability to use) the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on the Platform and update the date above. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
