• Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, log data and how you use the Platform.
• Communications: messages, support requests and feedback you send us.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate and improve the Platform and your bookings.
• Connect you with Salons and share the booking details they need.
• Process payments, loyalty points and refunds.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, updates and service messages.

• With Salons you book with, to fulfil your appointment.

5. Location Data

With your permission, we use location data to show Salons near you and improve distance-based features. You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings; disabling it may limit some features.

We and our analytics providers use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to understand usage, remember preferences and improve performance. You can manage some of these through your device or browser settings.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
