This Privacy Policy explains how HajZe ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you use the HajZe apps, websites and related services (the 'Platform'). We are committed to handling your personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (PDPL) and its regulations.

- Account information: your name, phone number, email, gender and profile details.
- Booking information: the Salons, services, staff and times you book, and your booking history.
- Location data: with your permission, your approximate or precise location to show nearby Salons and sort by distance.
- Payment information: payments are processed by third-party providers; we receive limited transaction details, not full card numbers.
- Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, log data and how you use the Platform.
- Communications: messages, support requests and feedback you send us.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal data to:
- Provide, operate and improve the Platform and your bookings.
- Connect you with Salons and share the booking details they need.
- Process payments, loyalty points and refunds.
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, updates and service messages.
- Personalize content, offers and recommendations.
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and enforce our terms.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis & Consent
We process your personal data based on your consent, the performance of our services to you, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations, as permitted under the PDPL. You can withdraw consent (for example, for location or marketing) at any time through your device or app settings.

We share personal data only as needed, and we do not sell your personal data:
- With Salons you book with, to fulfil your appointment.
- With service providers who support us (such as hosting, analytics, messaging and payment processing) under appropriate safeguards.
- With authorities or other parties where required by law, regulation or legal process.
- In connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
5. Location Data
With your permission, we use location data to show Salons near you and improve distance-based features. You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings; disabling it may limit some features.
6. Cookies & Analytics
We and our analytics providers use cookies, SDKs and similar technologies to understand usage, remember preferences and improve performance. You can manage some of these through your device or browser settings.
7. Data Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
